2. Our Role as a Broker | دورنا كوسيط
BSC Basma is a licensed finance broker, not a direct lender. We connect businesses with suitable lending partners. We do not make credit decisions or guarantee financing approval.
BSC Basma هو وسيط تمويل مرخص، وليس جهة إقراض مباشرة. نقوم بربط الشركات بشركاء التمويل المناسبين. لا نتخذ قرارات ائتمانية ولا نضمن الموافقة على التمويل.
3. No Guarantee of Financing | عدم ضمان التمويل
Submitting a financing request does not guarantee approval. Final approval is at the sole discretion of the lending partner.
تقديم طلب تمويل لا يضمن الموافقة. الموافقة النهائية تكون وفقًا لتقدير شريك التمويل وحده.
4. Accuracy of Information | دقة المعلومات
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate information.
أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة عند استخدام خدماتنا. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن معلومات غير دقيقة.
5. Fees | الرسوم
We charge a success fee only after you secure financing through our brokerage. No upfront or hidden fees. Any lender-specific fees will be disclosed before signing.
نحن نتقاضى رسوم نجاح فقط بعد حصولك على التمويل من خلال وساطتنا. لا توجد رسوم مقدمة أو خفية. سيتم الكشف عن أي رسوم خاصة بالجهة التمويلية قبل التوقيع.
6. Limitation of Liability | الحد من المسؤولية
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSC Basma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms | التغييرات على الشروط
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. تصبح التغييرات سارية المفعول فور نشرها.
8. Governing Law | القانون الواجب التطبيق
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.
